Barbara T. Alexander

Barbara T. Alexander has been an independent consultant since January 2004. Prior to that, she was a Senior Advisor to UBS Warburg LLC and predecessor firms from October 1999 to January 2004, and Managing Director of the North American Construction and Furnishings Group in the Corporate Finance Department of UBS from 1992 to October 1999. Ms.
Alexander serves as a director of Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, Ltd. and QUALCOMM Incorporated. Ms. Alexander previously served as a director of Burlington Resources Inc., Centex Corporation, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), Harrah's Entertainment Inc., and CRH plc. Ms. Alexander was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in October 2010.

Stephen F. Bollenbach

Chairman of the Board of KB Home Stephen F. Bollenbach was the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hilton Hotels Corporation, positions he held from May 2004 and February 1996, respectively. He retired from Hilton in October of 2007. Prior to joining Hilton, Mr. Bollenbach was senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for The Walt Disney Company from 1995 to 1996. Before Disney, Mr. Bollenbach was president and chief executive officer of Host Marriott Corporation from 1993 to 1995, and served as Chief Financial Officer of Marriott Corporation from 1992 to 1993. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Bollenbach was chief financial officer of the Trump Organization. Mr. Bollenbach serves as director of Time Warner Inc. and Macy's Inc. Mr. Bollenbach joined the Board as Chairman in 2007.

Timothy W. Finchem

Commissioner of the PGA TOUR Timothy W. Finchem has been Commissioner of the PGA TOUR since 1994. He joined the TOUR staff as Vice President of Business Affairs in 1987, and was promoted to Deputy Commissioner and Chief Operating Officer in 1989. Mr. Finchem served in the White House as Deputy Advisor to the President in the Office of Economic Affairs in 1978 and 1979, and in the early 1980's, co-founded the National Marketing and Strategies Group in Washington D.C. He was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in May 2005.

Kenneth M. Jastrow, II is Non-Executive Chairman, Forestar Group Inc. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Temple-Inland Inc. from 2000 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Jastrow served as President and Chief Operating Officer in 1998 and 1999, Group Vice President from 1995 until 1998, and as Chief Financial Officer of Temple-Inland from November 1991 until 1999. Mr. Jastrow is also a director of MGIC Investment Corporation and Genesis Energy, LLC. He joined KB Home's Board in December 2001.

Founder and Chairman of The RLJ Companies Mr. Johnson is founder and chairman of The RLJ Companies, a business network that owns or holds interests in a diverse portfolio of companies in the financial services, real estate, hospitality/restaurant, professional sports, film production, gaming, recording and automotive industries. He is also the majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, the National Basketball Association's (NBA) franchise located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to forming The RLJ Companies, Mr. Johnson was founder and chief executive officer of Black Entertainment Television (BET), which was acquired by Viacom Inc. in 2001. He continued to serve as chief executive officer of BET until 2006. Before founding BET in 1979, Mr. Johnson served as vice president of government relations for the National Cable & Telecommunications Association. Mr. Johnson currently serves on the board of directors of the Lowe's Companies, Inc., IMG Worldwide, Inc., and Strayer Education, Inc. He also serves on the NBA Board of Governors, The Johns Hopkins University board of trustees, the Deutsche Bank Advisory Committee, and The Business Council. Mr. Johnson previously served on the board of directors for US Airways, Hilton Hotels Corporation, General Mills, United Negro College Fund, the National Cable Television Association, and on the board of trustees for the American Film Institute. He was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in July 2008.

Chief Financial Officer of Taco Bell Corporation Melissa Lora is the Chief Financial Officer of Taco Bell Corp., a position that she has held since 2001. Ms. Lora joined Taco Bell Corp. in 1987 and has held various positions throughout the company, most recently acting as Region Vice President and General Manager from 1998 to 2000 for Taco Bell's operations throughout the Northeastern United States. Ms. Lora has served on the Board since 2004.

From 2000 to 2006, Mr. McCaffery was President and CEO of the Stanford Management Company (SMC), which was established in 1991 to manage Stanford University's financial and real estate investments. Previous to joining SMC, Mr. McCaffery was President and Chief Executive Officer of Robertson Stephens Investment Bankers from January 1993 to December 1999, and also served as Chairman from January 2000 to December 2000. Mr. McCaffery is a director of the Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital, Western Technology Ventures, Savvian, LLC and RS Investment Trust, and is a member of the Advisory Boards of Accel Ventures, Silver Lake Partners and Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Mr. McCaffery was elected to the Board of Directors in 2003.

Jeffrey T. Mezger

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director A 30-year homebuilding industry veteran, Jeffrey T. Mezger has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of KB Home, one of the nation's premier homebuilders, since November 2006. Mr. Mezger was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, a position he assumed in 1999. From 1993 until 1999, Mr. Mezger held a number of executive posts in KB Home's west and southwest regions including President of the Antelope Valley division, President of the Phoenix division, and Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager overseeing all Arizona and Nevada operations. Prior to joining KB Home, Mr. Mezger spent 15 years with U.S. Home, including serving as President of the company's Central California division from 1983 to 1993. Mr. Mezger is a member of the executive board of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and is on the Policy Advisory Board for the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies. He is also the Chairman of the Leading Builders of America and has served as an officer on numerous boards of the NAHB.

President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS Corporation Leslie Moonves has been President and Chief Executive Officer of CBS Corporation since December 2005 when Viacom Inc. was split into two separate companies. From 2004 until the Viacom Inc. separation, Mr. Moonves served as Co-President and Co-Chief Operating Officer, Viacom Inc. and Chairman of CBS. He was elevated to the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, CBS in 2003 after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Television since 1998. Mr. Moonves joined CBS in 1995 as President, CBS Entertainment. Prior to that, Mr. Moonves was President of Warner Bros. Television from 1993, when Warner Bros. and Lorimar Television combined operations. From 1989-1993, he was president of Lorimar Television. Mr. Moonves has served on the Board since 2004.

He is a director of Southern California Edison Co., Edison International and Arbitron. Mr. Nogales has been a director of the Company since 1995.
