Management Team

Ray Silcock is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KB Home, one of America's premier homebuilders. Silcock joined KB Home in 2009, and is responsible for the company's finance, treasury, information technology and investor relations functions.

Silcock most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UST, Inc., a diversified S&P 500 consumer products company with well known international brands. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swift & Co., a multi-national meatpacker and one of the world's largest privately held companies, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cott Corporation, the world's largest private label soft drink bottler. Silcock previously spent 18 years with the Campbell's Soup Company in a variety of financial and strategic planning roles.

Silcock holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has a U.K. certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has served on the boards of directors of several companies, both public and private, and presently sits on the board of Pinnacle Foods Corporation, where he chairs the Audit Committee.
