LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 27, 2018-- KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Brighton, its latest community of new homes in Van Nuys. Situated near Interstates 5 and 405, Highway 101 and State Route 118, Brighton is also convenient to Metrolink stations and the Metro Orange Line. Both California State University Northridge and Los Angeles Valley College are within a few minutes’ drive, while the University of California, Los Angeles is only 12 miles away.

Residents of Brighton can enjoy the community’s prime location near shopping, entertainment, and dining at the Northridge Fashion Center and the Sherman Oaks Galleria. Planned community amenities include a tot lot and picnic area.
