STOCKTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Charlotte's Oaks, its latest community of single-family new homes in Stockton. The new gated community offers easy access to several major thoroughfares, including Interstate 5 and Highway 99, allowing for convenient commuting to Sacramento, the Bay Area and throughout the Central Valley.

Situated close to Stockton's downtown waterfront, Charlotte's Oaks offers proximity to major area employment centers and attractions. Additionally, the community is near the Altamont Commuter Express (ACE) train, popular shopping and dining destinations, and local schools.
