KB Home will host a grand opening celebration at Highlands at Grist Mill
on Saturday, Dec. 15, noon–4 p.m., during which attendees may tour the
three elegantly appointed model homes. The 17 distinct floor plans
offered at the community include up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half
baths and range in size from 1,300 to 2,800 square feet. These KB homes
also feature desirable design characteristics like charming outdoor
patios, two-car garages, gourmet kitchens and elegant master suites.
