At Stonecreek, KB Home will construct 145 1- and 2-story homes and offer eight distinct floor plans. With up to 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,900 square feet, these KB homes also feature desirable design characteristics like spacious great rooms, ample storage and dedicated laundry rooms. Pricing begins in the $350,000s.
