Company also ranks in top three in customer satisfaction

announced it ranked highest in new home quality and in the Top 3 in
customer satisfaction among homebuyers in Phoenix, according to studies
by J.D. Power and Associates released today. Of the nine factors that
drive overall customer satisfaction, KB Home performed particularly well
in price and value.
The 2009 New Home Quality Study and New Home Builder Customer
Satisfaction Studies conducted by J.D. Power and Associates are
independent nationwide studies based on responses from 26,231 buyers of
newly constructed homes in 24 of the largest homebuilding markets in the
U.S. who have lived in their homes from four to 18 months.
Along with Phoenix, KB Home's Los Angeles/Ventura/Bakersfield, Orlando,
San Antonio and Jacksonville divisions each ranked in the top three in
customer satisfaction in their respective markets.
