KB Home Opens La Cholla Station in Northwest Tucson

Homebuilder continues its expansion in Tucson; offering spacious homes in a desirable area from the $210,000s

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of La Cholla Station, a new home community in Tucson. Representing the latest step in KB Home's ongoing growth in the region, La Cholla Station is situated in an established northwest Tucson neighborhood near the intersection of La Cholla Boulevard and Orange Grove Road and is convenient to the University of Arizona, Pima Community College, Northwest Medical Center, and other major employers.

Offering easy access to Interstate 10, La Cholla Station is also convenient to a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Foothills Mall, Tucson Mall, La Encantada, and Tucson Premium Outlets are all just a short drive away.
