RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 6, 2019-- KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Mason Pointe, its latest collection of new single-family homes in Fuquay-Varina. Its commuter friendly location offers easy access to U.S. Route 401, North Carolina Highway 55 and Interstate 540.

At Mason Pointe, KB Home will construct 67 one- and two-story homes on half-acre and larger homesites and offer nine distinct floor plans. With up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths and ranging in size from approximately 1,400 to 3,100 square feet, the KB homes at Mason Pointe also feature desirable design characteristics like open floor plans, elegant master suites and front porches. Pricing begins in the low-$200,000s.

Residents at Mason Pointe can enjoy the community’s tranquil setting and proximity to a variety of outdoor recreational activities at Raven Rock State Park, Fleming Loop Recreational Park and Fuquay-Varina Splash Pad. These energy- and water-saving features are estimated to save home buyers between $744 and $1,188 a year in utility costs, depending on floor plan.
