KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced its latest acquisition of land in
the Bay Area for 36 new residences, both townhomes and duet-style homes,
in the affluent East Bay town of Moraga. Ideally situated close to
Highway 24, Interstates 80, 680, and 880, and the Lafayette BART
station, KB Home's future community will offer easy travel throughout
the region.
With its picturesque setting in the rolling East Bay Hills, Moraga is a
