as president of its Phoenix division. In this role, McAndrews is
responsible for overseeing the Company’s homebuilding operations
throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, from land acquisition and
construction, to sales and customer service.

Previously serving as the Phoenix division’s executive vice president of
operations, McAndrews brings to his new position over 15 years of
homebuilding experience. He holds an MBA, an MA in Political Science,
and a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University.
