At Countryside, KB Home will construct 52 one- and two-story homes and
offer three distinct floor plans. With up to five bedrooms and
three-and-a-half baths, and ranging in size from approximately 1,800 to
2,500 square feet, the KB homes at Countryside also feature desirable
design characteristics like large lots, walk-in closets, spacious great
rooms and elegant master suites. Pricing begins in the low-$500,000s.
Countryside residents will have access to a planned public park adjacent
to the neighborhood, which is expected to include open play and
gathering areas, picnic tables, and biking and walking trails. Golf
enthusiasts can tee off at nearby Whispering Lakes Golf Course, and
